What's a good ECA stack other than xenadrine or is it the best?
My friend is trying to stred lots of fat, and hes been taking xena for quite some time but hes wants something ephedrine free. He'll be getting yohimburn along with it.

Ok, so from what I see your friend wants an ephedrine free stack, then he should try getting the products seperate: i.e. caffeine, aspirin and yohimbine hcl.
As far as best ECA, I doubt there is such a thing they are ALL eca. I would recommend getting Ephedrine from www.beyond-a-century.com
they have cheap and effective ephedrine...

Why would the "blood flow increase" be beneficial?
I'm not 100% on this, but I believe that the basis for Aspirin's thermogenic effect lies in the fact that it's a mild uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation... a very mild DNP-like effect.
asprin. total waste of time. no study shows it results in increased fat utilization.
all it really does is irreversibly inhibit cyclooxygenase in platelets thus inhibiting their clotting function.
simply a case of applying common sense to a problem and getting a wrong result. glhfdd

The uncoupler effect is so small that, overall, it doesn't really make a difference. However, blood flown increases carry nutrients and glucagon to appropriate sites (or other hormones) for a slightly increased anabolic effect or catabolic effect (in respect to fat). All depends on the situations and circumstance.
there is a certain genetic defect in some obese individual that "supposedly" (the studies if memory serves were at odds on this) is offset by the aspirin.. (there is some evidence but far from conclusive).
one benefit is BP.. there is nothing wrong with adding aspirin unless it gives you problems.. its cheap.
