go to cvs, drug mart, wal greens. get bronkaid (has ephedrine 20 mg or so) behind the counter, aspirin, and caffeine.

I am a big supporter of this stack. Bronkaide contains 25mg of Ephedrine. Combine that with the No-Doz pills which contain 200mg Caffeine and take a baby aspirin 81mg and you are good to go! Cheapest and most effective way (without ordering raw Ephedrine from out of the country). If you find a supp store that sells Vasopro, I recommend that as well.
