I prefer synthetic ephedrine and caffeine to the extracts... You could easily make your own

I personally used ECA Extreme and it gave me the energy I needed toworkout hard on a cut. Frankly that is the only thing I care that a stimulant does. Any fat loss in and of itself is a bonus. Diet and Cardio is everything.
