Ok so i have been thinking about this what products are in a ECA stack exactly. Stupid question mabye but who cares im curious because i want to do an ECA stack but i want to be safe about it ive heard bad things about Ephedra (sp)

no need to apoligize. I too forget about this feature (even though its the best benifit of platinum)

cycle it 5 days on 2 days off. No more than 6 weeks.

Thanks Eddy. I think i might get some of the lipoflame and cardio heat. Also gonna do a little bit more looking around for a good ECA stack.
