Click to expand... 200 mg. caffiene, 20 mg. ephedrine, 2-250 mg. aspirin. Take them all together for maximum effect. Coffee is cool just finish your cup in 15-20 minutes. I do prefer vivarins but I'm a bit of a caffiene freak. Good luck and good training!!
