ECA Stack

Maybe this is'nt the place to ask but there are far more viewing on here and probably the more experienced guys too.

Basically im after advice on the dosage and timing of when to take my ECAs.

From what i understand your best going with 25mgs E, 200mg C and 75mg A. the E & C seem pretty consistent with everything iv read but the A seems to differ with every article! some suggest 75, some suggest 350.

How have people take the ECA, dosage and timing.

For years I made my own, I found it easy to just use a basic 81mg baby aspirin, 200mg caffeine tablet, and 25mg ephedrine. Very effective, but the 200mg caffeine will give you the jitters for the first few weeks if you're not use to the stimulant.

from my experience,the a is not really needed.ec is great enough.especially for me since i run orals with my cycle.

Aspirin prevents prostaglandin production outside of the cells, which will work in combination with the caffeine to greatly increase the thermogenic effects and increased metabolism for an extended period of time.

Yeah the A is indeed needed.

So how many times a day do you take that then, twice?

I'd assume once a day, just not in the evening. I assume the half life of ephedrine is about 4 hrs. Caffeine is alkylated so I assume about 2.5 hrs. total, aspirin has an acetate ester, so I believe it might be in the system for around 18 hrs. Also check with a good doctor, that will help you. In case you have any heart problem.

Twice a day, avoid anytime before bed, for obvious reasons.

I get it locally, not on-line. The caffeine should be really easy to come by on-line, the ephedrine could take a little looking.

Yeah caffeine should be available just about anywhere (pro plus etc), you can get ephedra online if you are having any trouble.

Read a few more articles and it seems best taken first thing in the morning, then a second before 3/4pm....any later and u aint sleepin!
