Hey, I have been lifting natural for about a year and a half... I've made some decent gains... not nearly what i was hoping for. But I have not really lost any fat, so I'm going to focus on that for a while.
I've heard about ECA stack - ephidrine caffeine, and aspirin for this, and think it might help in general with gains. Can anyone confirm this is a reasonable plan and suggest dosage?
