ECA stack ?s.....

I"m thinking of running an ECA stack and was just wondering if anyone had any advice on dosing, personal experiences, cycling, what else to stack it with, etc., etc.? I'm 5'9" 163 lbs and around 12% bf and looking to drop down to around 8-9% bf before going back to bulking, thanks in advance.
 
take it at a ratio of 1:1:1 25mg E 200mg C and 81mg A. Take it 2-3 times daily and cycle it 5 days on 2 days off.
 
it should suppress you pretty good, also keep your water intake up as the ephedra will dehydrate you. you can get ephedra over the counter from your pharmacy its called bronkaid.
 
Yah the ECA is good and cheap..just be prepared that some pharmacies if not all keep the Bronkaid behind the counter and/or ask to see your drivers license when you buy it..no big deal though no probs just giving you a heads up..also I use VPX Meltdown twice a day and the ECA preworkout..gives a nice change and nice boost..good luck..

dehydration = jitters

drink alot, and start the dose smaller then the max.
then after a week KICK it up.

also. pure fat cutting consider

if i was cutting thats what i would use. as they are both compounds that are typically powerful for burning fat, along with ECA would be a killer combo.

just finishing up beast cycle so epi is not an option. I'll be running it with bridge to help prevent loss of muscle mass
 
im gonna start bronkaide pre workout, should i use it in the morning too, id like to avoid any anxiety if possible cause i already get it, and my aspirin are 325 mgs ??

your gonna want the low-dose aspirin that's 81mg if i'm not mistaken. From what iv'e been told it looks like this 25mgE/200mgC/81mgA.... AND THAT'S TAKEN 2 TO 3 TIMES DAILY, 5 DAYS ON TWO DAYS OFF. I'm gonna start with 2x daily for the first week once in a.m. then once pre-workout, then the second week i'll throw a dose in between the two and see how that works for me

havn't heard anything about the pumps, but i plan on running bridge with it which i'm sure will give me a good pump while training if it lives up to what everyone says it is
 
i have a weeks worth of bridge left which im starting tommorrow with the eca and ill be getting more, i also have no synthesize i take during and after i lift so that should be good as far as pumps...buti am a pump junkie lol

sounds legit... keep me posted on ECA stack results, i'm interested in hearing how it works out for you, i wont be starting it until august

solid plan man, thats how i like it as well, but really, i'm loving Adderllin right now, it seems to have a smoother ride up and down than ECA
 
anyone else exausted after lifting on eca, i took it this mornig before abs and cardio, then before lifting in the afternoon, i felt like i gothit but a bus, crazy muscle spasms too
 
im still starving at times through out the day esp first thing in the morning which is when i take my first serving of eca on an empty stomach, then i try to do cardio on an empty stomach, should i just ignore the hunger and just wait til after my cardio to have my first meal.....should prob invest in some bcaas or gear if im gonna be doing this huh?

your cardio is gonna be much more effective on an empty stomache. What are you eating before bed? Make sure your taking some cassein protein and good fats, try a tbls of flax oil along with a serving of cassein about an hour before bed. What your diet lookn like? Maybe you should up your calories a little? Maybe eat more carbs?
 
i dont have any casein right now but im eating up until i got to sleep, i usually have either ground turkey, or chicken, or tuna, with some milk and peanutbutter, my diets mostly chicken, beef, oatmeal, brown rice, brocolli, imtrying to keep my carbs moderate cause i recently came off tren and i dont wanna gain any fat back, but im pretty sure im still getting enough cals, sometimes i get hungry randomly, even a couple mins after ive finished a meal...could be in my head

yeah, it can be hard to adjust from bulking to cutting. Maybe try the alpha t2 from orbit. I heard that suppresses your app pretty good. Drinking more water would help to. Where you at for calories in a day and p/c/f ratio, age, weight, and height?
 
IMO you should start off by taking it twice per day for the first couple of days and then 3 times a day...
 
i dont know exactly the ratio i try not to worry about it too much causei used to get really stressed about it, i make sure i get atleast 50 grams of protein with every meal, im always eating half a pound or more of lean meat at a sitting if my meals not a shake, with shakes before 8 pm i mix 1 to 2 cups of dry oatmeal them...i eat 6 times a day, always making sure i have lean protein, whole grain carbs, and good fat with each meal.....i eat a lot of brown rice and oatmeal for carbs mostly, ezekial bread, and i try to only eat green veges for carbs at night, but sometimes i have to eat like one slice of bread with some pb cause my stomach feels like its completely empty at times.......ill be 22 on monday.....im 6 foot 2, roughly between 215 and 220, lost a lot of fat on my last cycle, cause i look heavier
 
i also cook everything i eat in olive oil, and i try to eat almonds and walnuts through out the day when i have them, and i drink tons of water, i can eat and still be hungry, i think its a mental thing with me cause i used to worry about it a lot

i would try to put together a structured diet, i feel it's important especially during a cut. At that weight you should be getn in at least 2,500 calories a day imo depending on how much cardio your doing daily. That way if your carb cycling you already know where your at carbwise and you can just add or subtract a little here and there. it's never good to get to the point where you're starving imo. Sometimes it's good to take a day or two and overeat which will help spike your metabalism
 
i def get more than 2500 a day i know that, prob close to 4000, i was up to almost 6000 a day beleive it or not some days when i was on, how often do u think i can over eat and not gain fat?

6000 a day damn!! if i ate that much i would look like a grape with legs, lmao. eating 500 over your bmr once a week shouldn't doing anything but help your progress
