eca stack - caffeine or guarana

Would the time-release feature of guarana be beneficial for fat burning throughout the day, or would the "spikier" caffeine anhydrous be better.

I will be taking the stack 2 times daily initially. Thanks!
 
Just go with whatever is cheapest per 200mgs, most likely that will be store brand version of Vivarin tablets in the 80 count box, or on Ebay they have 500-1000 ct. sizes.

Ephedra is an herbal form that hopefully contains ephedrine akaloids, it is the akaloids which give us the stimulant effects. All herbs that have conflicing studies that say they do or don't work have alot of discrepancies because of the quality of the active constituents of the herb. For example ginseng has had conflicting results for at 20 years. Largely, this has to do with whether or not the herb is standardized for it's active constituents. The same holds true for garlic, Tribulus terrestris, and illegal drugs like marijuana(the higher the THC count, the better high).

Ephedrine will never be illegal, it has been and always will be in the otc asthma section of your local grocer/ drug store, look for Bronkaid and Primatene tablets.
 
Is it safe to use these products as wieght loss aids even with the other ingredients? And mixing it with caffiene would strengthen all ingredients wouldn't it? Thanks for the info.
 
Your body sees Anhydrous Caffeine differently than guarana. Guarana is all natural and your body has a pretty good feedback loop on it. Meaning your body will build a tolerance to it and possible overdosing is lessened. Anhydrous caffeine has a slightly different chemical structure that doesn't allow the body's enzymes to break it down. The body still has a way of deactivating it but it is not efficient, therefore your fat loss gains will be more and longer however if you take too much it's gonna be bad.
 
I forgot. Take some Cla with guarana. There's a new study out that's pretty solid that shows good weightloss.

Study is kinda old (Assuming the one that showed it had the potential to kill fat-cells). Honestly, unless you really are set on doing this or have the CLA already, I'd pass up on it. The dose to see anything worthwhile on the CLA is out of what most are willing to pay and long term effects are questionable (insulin resistance)
