Okay guys,
I am fixing to began an low carb/high fat/high protien diet. But to enhance the fat burning I was wondering if I could take an ECA stack or some type of thermogenic with it. Will this keep me out of Ketosis? Will it enhance my fat burning? Please give some feed back on what you would recommend..
