eca or hydroxy cut?

I have some fat on my stomach i want to loose but i am also skinny in the rest of my body but i do have fat on my stomach trust me. i am about 5"8 132 and i want to gain mucle but also want to loose fat at the same time. will taking hydroxy cut of eca do me any good? will it make me sweat all the time? will i get a heart attack cause after i workout without this stuff my heart is already racing. this is important and i would greatcy appeciate help thanks

They will not do near as much as diet and training. If you take them without that, you're throwing your money away. They will do nothing but make you jittery.

ECA stack is good if you want to lose fat....period.

It's near impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Concentrate on one or the other. ECA will help; search the boards for how it affects people. It doesn't bother me.

bump!! you are correct.. it is impossible to do both at the same time...... a keto diet is your only exception.. and your results of both at the same time would not be nearly as good as say you bulk then cut. hydroxycut is an ECA stack... it has the effect to make people jittery and really wired... most people dont take it after 5pm... but like dial tone... it doesnt bother me... there are some conditions, that if you have them, you shouldnt take any ECA stack and an ephedra free fat loss suppliment would be your best route
