ECA help....K to informative replys

Yes....but its a very restrictive diet...for the obvious reasons...

The eca is very safe...in fact some sources are also adding yombhine and calling it ecay stack....at least mine is anyway...

You have to monitor very closely...remember 100-130 is the perfect range for us diabetics...the problem is eating when on eca....the sugar can drop very quickly....So fruit is essential,pre-mixed shakes...just eat a piece of fruit every 2-3 hrs and you'll be fine...

Now Im sure you know this but I'll throw it out there anyway.....water...even energy drinks for supplemetation....with the eca and flushing it with water you'll loose some essential body fluids.....HYDRATE.....

The ECA always drains me of energy by the afternoon, so I dont know if this is what it does normally, or just that it utilises the carbs/sugars quicker because of the faster metabolism, but could that lead to a drop in blood sugars, bump for someone else that would know.

Well take it later in the morning or early afternnon to get by that afternoon...i got a refridgerator on my back kind of feeling.....

Yes of course,

But I don’t think caffeine is good for diabetics, I am not diabetic, but careful of my diet, and when I drink caffeine, I crave sugar.

bro, read the above post....its my girlfriend thats diabetic, and not me....and she uses a digital blood tester with little test strips that you put into a machine and then put a drop of blood on it....is there anyway i can get her back on while keeping her blood sugar in check?

have her mix a little heroin with the insulin. that'll do it.

My brother is a diabetic so i have some good knowledge about diabetes.

ECA doesn't increase blood sugar level; sugar does

The 2 things that decrease blood sugar level are:

1) Insulin
2) Excercise or a fast metabolism

The regular range for the blood sugar level is 70 - 140

Symptoms of off range sugar levels include shaking, sweating, blurred vision, etc.

Since ECA increases metabolism I would advise that when she takes them to monitor her blood sugar level and make sure she doesn't have the symptoms of low blood sugar. If she does have low blood sugar then she should take somthing sweet to counter act that. My advise is to not to take ECA since diabetes is a very dangerous disease. It could cause comas and sudden death.

good answer

according to drugs.com ephedrine is in a class of drugs that can increase bloodsugar
and according to sciencenews.org caffeine ingestion significantly impairs the body's control of blood sugar and insulin after a meal

but hey everybody says take aspirin if you are diabetic

www.drugs.com/cons/Ephedrine_Oral_Injection.html
http://www.sciencenews.org/articles/20040807/food.asp

for me i wouldnt say dont use it but i would double or triple my bloodsugar testing protocol and keep a log for a week and make a decision then
