EC versus ECA

Is EC as effective as ECA for weight loss? does anybody have any good recommendations for EC supplements? and where I can get them?

Aspirin is the least important compound in an ECA stack. It's not really necessary.

Yes its as effective..no real need for the aspirin...

the A makes it marginally more effective and longer lasting but at the cost of greately increased sides (the shakes). definately not worth it. I've made my own EC stack forever. (25mg ephedrine + 1 vivarin, 2 to 3 times a day)

How long are you able to run that before its effectiveness ramps down, and have to take a break? Just curious.

I think Will Brink once said that the aspirin in an ECA stack has only been shown in studies to be effacacious for morbidly obese females.
