ive always heard concentrate was better, as it wasnt treated with acids to chemically digest it. heard isolate would cause stomach cancer.

Theres another good deal on whey concentrate, 50lbs for $109. however im sure they try to rape you on shipping as shipping costs aren't listed.

UPS says it would cost $25 to ship it via UPS ground, which isn't bad but they probably charge more than that.

The only difference i noticed between isolate and concentrate is that with isolate my wallet felt lighter.

whey concentrate is the bargain basement of protein whey. It is only one step removed from dairy (milk) and thus, bloats you and can cause gas problems.

Whey isolate is much better and has a higher/faster rate of absorbtion.
