Ebay Help

Hey i was selling my palm pilot on ebay... And this dude that bought it is really busting my balls.

HE never sent me his full name... So i tried to send it to resident at his address...Anyway it got returned while i was out of town... Anyways i just get back and he on oct 5th he emailed me and said if i dont get back to him today, that he will take actions... Well i got back to him today, the 6th... Its only been like 3 weeks and the palm pilot is going out, but can i get into trouble with this?

no because he never gave you the correct mailing address, technically. you attempted to send it but he didn't prove the right information. just resend the thing to him and you'll be fine. one time i sold a golf club on there and i asked the guy if he wanted me to ship it insured and he said no so i sent it and when it got to him the shaft was broken. so he sent it back to me and tried tellin me to pay for a new shaft, i never talked to that guy again. kept the club, and the money also.
