eatting carbs after 5pm......

I only eat them late in the day if i know im gonna be active later on to burn them off, but if im just gonna be lounging around i skip em
 
How about if you go to bed at 3am??? There is a lot of argument about the carbs before bed thing, but to be on the safe i side i cut myself off 2-3 hours before bed.

You will just burn less fat during the day to make up for it.

It is all about calories in vs. calories out.
 
I ditch carbs before 6pm ,my last carb meal is between-3-4:30 depending when i get from school,hasn't effected me at all,if anything i felt good the next day when lifting in the gym in the AM

Agreed. What you eat is a hundred times more important than when you eat it. If your diet is sound, you can eat pretty much when you want.
