How about if you go to bed at 3am??? There is a lot of argument about the carbs before bed thing, but to be on the safe i side i cut myself off 2-3 hours before bed.
I ditch carbs before 6pm ,my last carb meal is between-3-4:30 depending when i get from school,hasn't effected me at all,if anything i felt good the next day when lifting in the gym in the AM
