Eating while on a mass cycle

Eating while on a TEST cycle

When on a cycle for muscle size does it really matter where the caloires come from?

Cause today I hit 3229 calories. I also had 2 slices of pizza and a large 100g caramilk bar.
My carbs hit 326g and I feel so bloated in the stomach area! Fat is at 112 while protein was low today 222g

Im afraid of getting fat!

However my stats did seem to change since last week.

I still weigh 220 but my fat is down 1%. But thats according to my skin calipers which may not be 100% accurate.

I read on www.teamflex.com that in the growth season just aim at eating enough protein and the rest whatever you want.

This seems okay but I will not make eating crap a habit.

Any other advice?

my cycle BTW is

IpSustanon 600mg per week only...

Do a search on g-doggs bulking diet - that is the way to go.

Bottom line - Make sure you get your basics and then anything goes.

Yeah I read that, but he is on a lot of juice and his metabolism is probably racing so he will burn all the extras.

I want to gain size but at 14% fat I dont need to get fatter.
 
It really depends on what you want - Do you want to be a freak or do you just want to put on some lean muscle with relatively little fat gain.

I am in the position that the latter is my only choice - but I do not call what I do bulking.

I used to wanna just be a freak.
Then I just wanted more muscle...

Now I wanna be a freak again... but not a 250lbs 20% cow either...

I once hit 245lbs at maybe 13-15% fat,,, still on the lean side... slight abs,,,
 
On a bulking diet I would first make sure to get in my protein. On a mass cycle I would shoot for upper 400 to 500g of Protein. That divided out into 6 meals would be about 80 or so grams of Protein. Some are going to think this is a bit much, but Protein is key. So eat your Protein first -then if you can stomach anything else - go for it.
 
This week I have just been eating everything.
Pizzas, chinese food...whatever I was hungry for.
But now my stomach feels bloated! I dont think that is the way to go...

I will keep my protein intake high, keep carbs the same level as protewin and take in healthy fats...

Just the like diet from Will Brink.

I always hated bulking and today I know why. I am sitting here with a bloated stomach and I can feel my jeans getting lost in the roll! :(

Is this what bulking is about?

I think I am going to modify this diet,,,

for real. i'm getting that now during the final weeks of two months. my belly is getting too big for the size 31 jeans. that is not good. nothing worse than the bloated plus tight waist fitting jeans feeling. makes me feel like shit.
 
yup.. exspecially when I wear tight shirts and I sit down. This is why I am wearing a baggy t-shirt...

Im a big guy so my waist is stretching my 36 jeans.

HEy my delts are 60" so I still have a v-taper! lol

gotta keep the shirt untucked......and pull it out of the roll when you sit down. lol. then your good to go.

I saw G-Dogg post and that looks liek a good bulk cycle...


But I seem to gainm most of my weight on my waist.

your total caloric intake is too low, you should aim for at least 20cals per lb of bodyweight, that would mean eating 4400cals per day, 2g of protein per lb of body wieght, the rest from carbs/fats, i like to keep fats low
 
I gained about 8% muscle while dropping in fat, a big change. Just don't mix carbs with fat, well not High GI carbs with fat anyway. I eat/ate every other to every third hour, depending on when I get up in the mporning. I focused on the protein and always counted them. I ate low fat, very low. Rice, rye bread, red meat, tuna, white fish, chicken. Last meal I never ate more than 20g from carbs. Sometimes no carbs last meal. I took about 15-20g of omega3 per day, 10g befoire bedtime with 50g protein and fibers. I like to wake up hungry. If I woke up at night I took some tuna and drank water. I ate LOTS of out meal. 4 meals per day to be exactly. Pre workout some oatmeal, a fruit and some chicken or fish. Post workout about 50-70g High carbs with 50-60g protein. 1½ hour later, sometimes 1 hour later I ate about 80g medium high carbs and about 300g red meat.
For me as a guy who gain fat very easy I like to be able to keep fat away while bulking. I hate cutting and probably never have to do it again, well maybe if I start competing in the future..

I find it really hard to take in that much caloires...

Im trying to add more stuff to my shakes (ice cream and flax oil) But I dont want to eat crap just to make weight. Im not a skinny guy... Eating 3000 is hard for me...

I always have to make sure I eat more... But I am trying!
4000 may be out of the question though... as much as I try!!!!

Unless I take in lots of mc D's and pizzas!
