I eat alot but often times I feel I eat too clean. Im currently off cycle and feel like im shrinking. High carbs(complex), protein and good fats in my diet. High calories. Eat approx every 3 hrs and get about 40g protein and 55g carbs in each meal. I eat well over my matience but I feel like gains are no longer coming but the opposit(getting smaller). Tuna, chicken breast, pasta, shakes, wholeweat bread, eggs. Should I start eating a little more cheat food. I know sometimes its good to have some of it. Prevents crashing.
