Eating too clean off cycle? Possible?

I eat alot but often times I feel I eat too clean. Im currently off cycle and feel like im shrinking. High carbs(complex), protein and good fats in my diet. High calories. Eat approx every 3 hrs and get about 40g protein and 55g carbs in each meal. I eat well over my matience but I feel like gains are no longer coming but the opposit(getting smaller). Tuna, chicken breast, pasta, shakes, wholeweat bread, eggs. Should I start eating a little more cheat food. I know sometimes its good to have some of it. Prevents crashing.
 
creatine and high cals along with hcg should be able to put on at least 5-10 pounds even WHILE on pct!!!
 
I know eating clean on cycle is a must. What about off cycle. Im not talking mcdonals or burgerking. What about like a homegrilled angus beef burger with a whole wheat bun? Fetechini alfredo with chicken and whole grain pasta? Im curious.
 
It depends on if you have a genetic pre-disposition to being lean or to carrying extra bodyfat. You probably have just dropped some water and probably lost some fullness. I wouldn't start eating a bunch of garbage just to satisfy the scale, you won't put on quality weight that way. Be patient and keep killing the clean cals.
 
Im not saying garbage but you can only eat so much clean food. Its hard sometimes while im in college. I cook every meal I eat myself.
 
BTW, you always get smaller off cycle (assuming you aren't coming off a strict diet). If you didn't, why would you use drugs? That's just the way it is.

Great point Silver. When coming off of AAS the level of androgens present is much less than when on. Therefore less receptors are filled and the muscle will begin to atrophy this is usually most evident after 6-8 weeks of being off. Keep eating clean bro. You'll be leaner when you start your next cycle and thank me later... ;) . Eating lots of cals won't add more muscle, nor keep everything that you gained. Androgens determine that.

Ya bro, eat more of the delmonicos (ribeye), porterhouse, strip steaks, pasta's(I wouldn't do the alfredo), fresh baked breads, potatoes --- shit like that! Creatine also helps bigtime post cycle.
 
wwhy so many carbs?? They are overrated bro...i've recently switched to 3 p/c meals and 3 p/f meals......gains are much better imo.....unless u are active all day, you just dont need em.....just 1st thing and around training.......
