Eating only when Hungry

Who does this ??

I know alot of experienced people and even some top competitiors say fuck bulking, that just makes you fat,

EAT only when hungry and you will put on LEAN MASS

so who does it in here ?
 
Is not really the smart thing to do. You gotta start from the base that big muscles are unnatural. The human body is not designed to carry a large amount of muscle. That's why when you stop working out, the body burns the extra muscle to not waste nutrients in unnecessary mass. Is survival.

Based on that, is you only eat when you are hungry, it leads to natural-like amount of muscle development, which is minimum. You'll look like an African. And this is considering a natural environment without the temptation of fast food, desserts, sweets, etc.

You can bulk up in a lean way. If you measure your portions with clean food with the necessary nutrients, you can create an extra anabolic environment based only on food.

People forget that the best supplements in the world, is natural food and pure water. Anything else, comes after that.
 
what if you are on cycle or if you cruise on test ? Test is anti catabolic and that's what Arnold and the other boys did back in the day
 
Yes test is anticatabolic, but that doesnt mean that if you don't eat you are gonna grow anyways. You can inject all the steroids in the world, but if you do not provide the muscle the necessary nutrients, is not gonna grow.

Yes Old school guys lived on something, always at lower doses, but they still had an organized diet. Way more calories than what any average American was consuming at that time.

You have to understand the basics at a genetic level. In order for the muscle fiber to grow bigger and stronger, it MUST add the amonoacids coming in the protein chain. And those protein chains come from nutrients. Food. Steroids, only aid in the absorption rate of these nutrients, protein synthesis, and recovery time. Steroids by themselves, do not build muscle.
