Eating on a Cycle

Usually when I am juicing my appetite gets as a horses would, the bad thing about it is I tend to eat a lot Healthy but alot. I am starting a fian, winny, and aratest cycle(cut cycle) this coming monday, But i have never done a cut cycle before so I am not sure how I should monitor what I eat. I keep a food log of all my calories, fat, carb, and protien that I eat throughout the day but I am not sure what I should be taking in to cut . I'm not sure wiether to eat like I do on any other cycle or if I should just eat many small meals. I bought meal replacements, 4lb jug of nitro tech, and protein bars is there any thing else I can use to keep this a cut cycle? What is an idea of intakes of each as of now not being on a cycle I eat about 2,000 calories, 250 grams of protein, aobut 100-150 carbs, and 75 grams of fat (good fat though)..Any ideas...:rolleyes:
 
Well not knowing your stats it's hard to say but IMO 200 cals is not a whole lot. Try eating the same thing as you have been and with the AS and some cardio you have yourself a cutting cycle.....
 
well my stats are I am:
height: 5'6
weight: 181
chest: 45
arms: 16 1/4
calf: 16 1/2
forearm: 15
quad: 27
waist: 34
Bench: 340
Squat: 500
Power clean: 260
I do those exercises b/c I play fball in college...
You prob don't need all of that but might as well tell ya. I am looking to lose like a pound of week. I dont' want to lose muscle I want to maintain it the cycle I am starting on monday is fina, winny, and aratest, but I want to get more cut. What does AS, and IMO mean which you guys wrote in last post?

CKD's are effective if you can tollerate not eating ANY carbs for 5 days straight, low carb/low fat/high protein diets are also great.

i would try:

65%protein
35%carbs
10%fats

total calories=your weight * 12
 
Yeah CKD are good but I dont' want to loose too much muscle why did you say if I can tolerate only eating carbs for 5 days, is it 5 days on and 2 days off. Thanks for the help bro. GET BIG

ckd is notrotious for muscle sparing, why would you think you will loose muscle on ckd?
 
how would i do a CKD? Explain I thought it was a ketosis diet which i think it is. Is it 5 days on and 2 dyas off
 
Because I read somewhere that if you lose more then one pound a week that you are probably losing muscle also. Is that true. Would that diet be a good choicewhile on a cycle?How would it go 5 days on and 2 days off????
