Usually when I am juicing my appetite gets as a horses would, the bad thing about it is I tend to eat a lot Healthy but alot. I am starting a fian, winny, and aratest cycle(cut cycle) this coming monday, But i have never done a cut cycle before so I am not sure how I should monitor what I eat. I keep a food log of all my calories, fat, carb, and protien that I eat throughout the day but I am not sure what I should be taking in to cut . I'm not sure wiether to eat like I do on any other cycle or if I should just eat many small meals. I bought meal replacements, 4lb jug of nitro tech, and protein bars is there any thing else I can use to keep this a cut cycle? What is an idea of intakes of each as of now not being on a cycle I eat about 2,000 calories, 250 grams of protein, aobut 100-150 carbs, and 75 grams of fat (good fat though)..Any ideas...
