Eating less for dieting...

Hello everyone, I have been trying many different diets to lose weight, and I have tried many suppliments.

I tried usnic acid, and I did have noticable results. But usnic and my diet/excersize plan did not cooperate. I have also tried Xenadrine and hydroxy cut which seemed to have no effect on me. I have found that Metabolife 356 helps me control my hunger best.
I used metabolife a long time ago, and it was actually the first ECA stack i had tried. I went into a fast for 2 days not even thinking about food. I was young and stupid at the time. I knew I had to eat something at some point, so I went and bought a #2 at McDonalds. I learned the hard way that this is not the proper way to come out of fasting. I passed out after the first cheese burger, but felt lucky to be alive when I woke up still sitting there at McD's.

Anyway, now that I know more about dieting thanks to this board, I have decided to try metabolife again. After trying other products, this one DEFINITELY works best for controlling my appetite hands down. During the last two days, I have cut my intake of calories and fat by a huge amount. I have cut down to ~20grams of fat per day (use to be around 80-120grams), ~800 calories per day (use to be around 2500 to 3000). A lot of these fats and calories are coming from milk and peanut butter for protien. With my old habits, I would maintain around 230-240lbs, and I am 6'1" tall.

If I keep this rate of intake going, do you guys and gals think I will get good results, and how soon do you think I will notice them. I would love to mix Metabolife with Usnic acid, but I don't know if that would be a good Idea or not.

One last question for those of you who do eat small quantity's. Ever since i started this diet, I have had pains in my mouth while I eat. 5 minutes after I start eating, the roof of my mouth begins to hurt. Then about 5 minutes after I stop eating, the pain goes away until next time I eat. This really helps me control portion sizes, but I just want to know if this is normal. Thanks in advance for any an all input on this topic!!

The hunger blunting effects of most diet drugs aren't permanent and tend to wear off over time. ECA stacks usually kill my hunger for a week max and then they wear off and I feel back to normal. They still might be helping, but still I never feel completely satiated when dieting.
