eating for the ectomorph

AS you may have guessed by the post topic, I have the body type of an ectomorph. I wiegh in at 154 pounds and work out 3-4 times a week. I find i'm only hovering in the same weight region even without cardio. Then i questioned my eating. I was wondering, what is the average nutritional intake if an ectomorph such as myself were to put on weight/gain mass., and what food sources provide for my needs.
Protein - 94.4g
Fat - 87.2g
Carbs - 296.6g
Calories - 2316 Cal

What do i need to boost? (i think i can hear you all saying protein straight away). This is excluding the 4 eggs i have a day and 2 bananas, as i don't know how much and of what is in these foods. By the way i have already been told about the stimulation of growth in the gym by doing heavy intensity and low rep exercises. Thanks if you can help!
 
At 154, you have to eat at least 2600cal - 2700cal to gain some size.....

Protein - 94.4g

yes, you need to eat fat in order to increase the caloric intake

get yourself some good protein powder and drink it to increase protein intake if you have problem w/ food

yes, HIT styled training where you do 1 set until failure and do 1 more until failure after (I believe in a 2 set minimum)
basically if you were to do bench and you usually rep 150x6
you would do 225x2-4 until failure and repeat
