I think its crazy hard to get to 3000 cals a day for me eating clean. I need to get to 3500 thinking about just using 3 servings of peanut butter throughout the day to get to 3500....Any thoughts on this?

snack on almonds, i like cottage cheese before bed, ANPB would be a good option. Fuck if i needed an extra 500 cals Id jus down a double cheesburger lol
