I wake up at 5:AM and go to work. Work all day till 4:30 then go home. Gym buddy gets off at 8 so we head to the gym for 8:30.
Shitty time and all but having a gym buddy for me is so much better for me...and we use each other for motivation. Works well especially since he's my roommate. Anyway........
Where eating is concerned what should I have and when?
1st cycle....bulking...deca300 / susty 250 10 weeks.
I know protien after workout is good but how late should I eat something while at work?
