Guys,

I am a college student and haven't had time to cook all day. I was searching for a cheap, convenient way to eat, and I found it!

No, not MRPs ... I can't afford too many of those.

CHANKO!

I cook up a bag of brown rice (20 servings).

And put it in the fridge, bought a lot of canned corn, and cans of tuna.

Here is how you make it.

1 C of cooked brown rice.
1 C of corn (half can)
1/2 Can of tuna

Microwave for 90 secnds.

28 G protein-plenty of complex carbs (brown rice)-just a little fat.

You can throw in a small protein shake if you need more protein for that meal. Its great-add terriaki sauce to flavor.

Very convenient and easy to eat to get those 6 meals in and all the protein you need for the day. Wanted to pass this along to everyone else ...

Add terriaki sauce and you have an entire shaker of salt there! lol. Try frozen corn, there is enough sodium in the tuna to flavor the entire meal.
 
One of my favourite meals is 100g uncooked rice, a can of tuna, and a generous serving of terriyaki sauce. I cook the rice in the microwave (automatic sensor cook setting), add in the sauce, stir, add in the tuna, stir, microwave for another minute, eat, grow huge :D.
