well as a wink fan i have so say all he had to do was throw in the 12th and it was money in the bag. i still think he won the fight. jermaine could not hurt him and was wobbled at times. wink proved that he can stand and hit with a real strong fighter, i think the next fight he will stick to his game plan and break him down more, i'm a bit disapointed wink did that he knows from his vargas fight that decisions are a bitch. all good, vargas moselely should be a great fight, and hopefully mayweather will fight de la hoya

not very confusing, i lost a lot of k on a close fight and we are chatting about the decision. ya with us now chief. silver is one of my best friends on ef haven't seen him in months, with us on that one
 
Right after the fight was over Lennox Lewis was discussing a re-match. If Taylor does fight Winky next, I think Taylor will have fought the 4 hardest fights in a row out of any Middleweight. But, I think Taylor should try and fight someone like Winky and then fight Winky again when he's got more experience and Winky is older.
 
yea taylor is a badass for that thats why i don't dislike him, i'm just a big wink fan, i followed that boy forever. i know people hate celeb name dropping but i really met him on halloween weekend the week before the first jones tarver fight that roy won. he is the chillest most humble dude. i said to him youre winky wright and he looked down at his shoulder thinking i just read the tatoo, but he had sleeves on. he was so happy i knew who he was. talked to me like a normal person. he had to make his place in europe and there are a few fighters from europe whoopin ass right now like hatton and calzaghe, so i always knew about him and wondered why hopkins wouldn't fight him. jermaine is a badass for taking a fight i'm sure he was urged not to take

Agreed. Winky doesn't have much time left though. I think it will be Taylor from here on out for a while.

i see taylor taking a fight with calzaghe, i think he'll fight wink one more time though first. remember he has a lot of pride and heart he will want to prove he can beat him.

Fuck though, fighting off Hopkins twice then Wright twice would be a huge accomplishment, even if every fight is too close to call.

well i truly think wright will win next time if it goes down. but yes it is pure balls, not since leonard or hagler has anyone taken these kind of fights over and over.

I dunno, I think Taylor will only get better, especially with Steward in his corner.

Also, this is one his website: "Jermain's next fight looks to be in this Fall in at the Alltel Arena in ARKANSAS. He will be coming home for the fans."

Looking at the middleweight division, Calzaghe and Abraham look to be great fighters and a challenge for Taylor.

Before the fight, I thought taylor was in a totally different class than wright. After the fight, that opinion definitely has changed. I need to watch it again as I was pretty drunk but what I can remember, it seemed like the fight was all about the power punches. Both fighters trying to knock each other out. That could be totally wrong though given the amount of alcohol consumed and the number of people talking during the fight lol

I thought he was exponentially better than wright before the fight. I had him tagged as the next great middleweight. I've always liked wright though so it was never a matter of disliking the guy. I just though he lacked the raw talent compared to taylor even though wright has beat some top notch guys. Wasn't this the first time wright has fought at middleweight or did he fight others? Moving up in weight was one of the other factors that I had in thinking Taylor was gonna overpower him.
 
well he kicked the shit out of trinidad at middle last summer. so yes. he fights between 154 and 160, his natural weight is about 180 he says. see i put wright way above jermaine, i think he made some mistakes and will fix them if they fight again
