EAS SyntheVol 2 / CytoVol.. Opinions?

What do you guys think of these 2 products? I am currently going to be taking one serving of SyntheVol 2 and 2 servings of Cytovol to my carb-up meal.

... Opinions?

:cool::cool:

... The SyntheVol contains vitargo, a new carb that supposedly increases insulin output and glycogen replenishment more than dextrose.

how much does this stuff cost per serving and how many servings. I guess if you can affoard it go ahead, but some of EAS's stuff is PRICY!!!!

If you're a big fan of EAS www.netrition.com has a great deal on myoplex. a 50 pack for $65. That's $1.50 a serving!

I tried SyntheVol a year ago for a few months and liked it, though I think plain creatine powder is just as effective. I didn't get any bloat while on it at all (which is why I decided to try it), and I got a little boost in energy. It's incredibly overpriced though ($40 for like 20 servings?) so I'd really look elsewhere unless you're just dead set on trying it out.

Yeah I know its overpriced and all that but I really think that the ingredients could be promising. Vitargo, d-pinitol, arginine, etc.

The Nature Boy,

Please visit your local grade school and enter basic math. If you were paying $1.50 a pack, that would be 75 bucks.

Well just be sure to order from a place like DPS Nutrition ($36.95 a bucket) so you don't go completely broke while on it :)

Why are you saying to go ahead have you tried it or what ?

I'd get the regular creatine. EAS is a pretty clever marketing company, I don't 100% trust them. But it's your money. If you still want to try it at least let us know how it works for you.
