Looks like there are more sugars per serving. Also looked up the study they site for 4-hydroxy Isoleucine. 4-HI is an extremely effective insulin potentiator, but EAS is using half the dosage used in the study. Phosphagen XT would be an ideal product if it didn't have 39 grams of sugar and if it had double the dose of 4-HI.
Cost per serving is unrealistic.
I dunno, I'd rather stick to Phospahgen HP until someone can figure out how to get creatine absorbed optimally without the use of sugars.
