don't understand why people buy it. 20 dollars will give you 4lbs of phosphagen, but you get 220.5 grams of creatine and 1386 grams of sugar. With 25 dollars, you can get 1000 grams of micronized creatine. 10 dollars gets you 1 kilo of dextrose and 20 bucks gets you 50, 500mg pills of ALA. Giving you enough "phosphagen" to last you a good 6-7 months at a fraction of the cost.
