EAS Myoplex RTD's....good or bad?

Do EAS Myoplex RTD's have any real nutritional value or is it expensive Yoohoo?

I take ISO-AGB and VP2, however I do like to take one or two Myoplex RTD's during the day...mostly because they are convenient and taste pretty good. I pay extra for that convenience, so I was wondering if these things are worth it or am I truly getting ripped off.
