Earthlink DSL

Does anyone here use earthlink dsl. Im debating on whether or not to get it. I was going to get roadrunner, but i have heard its not as fast as it should be.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

depends on your area.
I used to have it here in cambridge, but it went through 4 other companies. one of those companies was verizon - and they sold their own service that was slower and more expensive.
so it was nice to have a fast and cheap connection.

but then it stopped working and after probably the worst customer service I've ever dealth with (5 hours+ on hold - thank god for speaker phone - and then retarded monkeys even if the phone is answered).

it all depends on your area and how far you are from the station and such.

there they list all broadband carriers and allow people to rate them and discuss service in different areas.
