Hey,

I just competed in the NPC Atlantic States in June in figure. I took 8 out of 20, which is not bad, but not great. I know my weaknesses and am ready improve. My goal is to put on some lean muscle especially, my back ( v-taper, hams, and glutes.) but overall muscle as well. I do have a figure coach, who is wonderful, who does my diet and training. My question is anabolics and when to start? For this past show, I did anavar-10mg. win every other day, Clenbuterol during dieting down, with a little bit of cyto. Now I want to put on some lean muscle. I have done gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - - growth hormone (somatropin) - - growth hormone (somatropin) - prior, and loved it. I am open to suggestions and am ready and eager for input on a cycle. Thank you all.
 
you might want to check out the womens forum. My girl is competing in figure too...but there are some really awesome girls there (like bunny and sassy) who would want to see your diet, see your routine...

it's strange that you've already cycled...and that you don't have enough muscle mass? at 5'4, is 120 lbs your comp weight? What was your BF%? ... I mean...my girl is 5'11....and she'll be ringing in at 145 or less at the next comp, I'm just interested to know why (or figure out why) you are lacking in the areas you describe.

How many competitions you done? Any pics?

Even if you don't answer, I'd go to the womens forum and look those hotties, uh, er, those lady pro's (they are STILL hotties) for guideance...but be prepared to answer the questions...I'd just POST YOUR STATS and experience and history with the question...it will save you time.
