you may wanna think about taking clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. this way makes more sense. i've done a lot of research on clen and also have done it a few times both ways. clen stays active in your system for i believe 17 days then your body becomes used to it. the 2 week cycle gives your body the time to clear it out and then get the same effects when you restart it without having to take crazy doses.
also you should monitor your body temp everyday to see if it is still active in your system and to make sure that you are taking the right doses. clen raises your body temp so if you take your temp and see that you are taking 60 or 80mcg/day and your temp is still normal, then you are waisting the clen and not getting any effects from it so you should bump it up a few mcg. good luck...hope i was able to help.
