the standard dosing is

20-25mg ephedrine
200mg caffiene
200-300mg aspirin

but you get almost all the benefit of the stack and lose almost all the hand jitters if you leave out the aspirin

I just do E, C. 25, 200. I don't take the asiprin. I don't get the shakes.
It should be mentioned that Ephedra/ Ephedrine HCL should be cycled.
Month on. Month off. You can stay on the caff though.

Aspirin 400mg ed
Ephedrine HCL (bronkaid)25mg ed
Caffeine 400 mg ed

Cycled this with Albuterol for my cutters and have always loved the results.

200 is the standard, but a few yrs ago some people went with the 80mg low dose aspirin,
