How would I manually open the drawer? It seems as though there are 7 CD's floating around...and only 5 spots.....lol

take it to an electronics repair place and they can open it up and take the extra dvd's out of it for ya

on something like that, you'd probably have to take the top of the case off, and pull out the discs. with it being a carousel, that shouldn't be too tough, but it may void your warranty.

Best Buy and Circuit City both have screwdriver monkeys in the stores that can take it apart for you and pull the CD's.

Don't try to force the drawer, it'll do more damage.
