dura or duta-- that one is for top of the head region hair loss prevention mainly i believe and fina is just an overall DHT blocker good for the entire scalp..baldies speak up

Fin blocks one type of 5-AR, the one most likely to cause baldness. Dut blocks both types, so DHT levels are even lower. Some people who have been using fin for a while notice slight improvement switching to dut, but nothing major.
