I've gotten used to doing it...

I never had a problem...3+ years every single day......WAIT! Yes I did, I lost a TON of MASS! Now I only do it two times a week and I hate every 1/2 hour of it....I do it 3 hours after my first meal on the weekend....only difference is I have more energy and I'm not afraid I'm burning muscle....think about it, it's good for cutting but what is the body's fuel source after an 8 hour fast? Yup....glyogen....then what......muscle/fat combo....your choice....if you have the muscle to spare do it.....if not, refrain!Kabeetz said:This topic came up on another board and the answer was, surprisingly, no. You should still get the body recompositioning effects. Also, If early morning empty stomach isn't great for you... try 3-4 hours empty any other time of day.
