Dumbbell Hooks

Just wondering if anyone here has ever tried these before. I screwed up my back once trying to lift the 100+ DB's in position.

benches in my gym are upstairs, dumbells downstairs... wouldnt do me much good! lol

on a separate note, i can throw 120lb db's up for incline bench press rather easily... its the flat presses that kill me
