I migrated the Dow Jones (Wall Street Journal) from Sybase to Oracle.

But I don't live our your way and I'm way over-qualified to be a DBA.

Oh well, let me know when you need PhD level network R&D.

We don't use money to get people to work. if you hate the job, we don't want you, and we are not going to offer you extra cash to "like it".

We're smarter than that.

Once we get the right people - we dopsychological screening to make sure personalities fit...I think it is a little much...but it has worked well - we incentivize those people (who want to be here) with bonuses and the like.

Code - Oracle DBA? Developer? Gotta live here though...
