right this might seem like a dumb question because im pretty sure i know the answer but i want u're opinions...

how many times in 1 week should you train each muscle?? can you train big muscles.. ie: chest, legs more than once a week?
 
Well mr.Porno... You could use the search button and you´ll find tons of info on that issue.

Each person is diffrent and some people get great results doing bodyparts twice a week and then there´s people who get great results doing it once a week. Read up on previous posts and figure out what fits you best.

Work hard!
 
I've always felt that if you're natural, then once a week is best, unless you are specializing on a particular bodypart.
