I would imagine that having cheat meal on my off day wouldnt be the best idea? Do i need to wait till my weight loss plats b4 i have a cheat meal or 1 a week regardless. Thanks

Have a cheat meal every week so that your metabolism does not slow down to adapt to dieting.
