For those of you that are helpful thanks for the rest well thanks to. This is my cousins account he's out of town I did do a search for var and primo on this site and all you get is guys saying i take this much of this and that but doesn't tell ou whole lot i did search someother sites and I know what they are and what there used for not putting anything into my body just curious.

Thats cool bro, if this is your cousins account and you talked to him and he gave you access, etc....I am sure he is extremely knowledgable, (and although we can try helping you with any questions you have), It Probably is MUCH FASTER to simply ask your cousin, rather than log on and start a new thread and wait for reply's etc.....(plus, the posts you make will reflect karma directly onto your cousin and not you)......FYI, it takes about 2 minutes to start your own account on here for free too........
