It's not a dumb question but it would be a dumb cycle.
50mg/day but it's not used to build a cycle out of, it's used to enhance a cycle.

yer gonna ache on winny. buy some glucosamine(sp?). it helps a lil, my joints felt like they had sand in em. i dropped dropped time off my 40, tho'.
