Dumb HCG question...

I've never used HCG before, so forgive what is probably a dumb question...

You get a vial of powder and a vial of sterile solution. Do you just mix these together, shake well, and inject?

Also, what's the commonly accepted method of mixing the two and keeping the preparation sterile? Can you just dump them both into the syringe and shake it up in there?

Not a dumb question bro. Here is what I do: open amps, draw solution into syringe and then I squirt the solution into the amp with powder they instantly convert to hcg and then using the same syringe I draw the solution. Then I never exceed 500iuED.

Some people say use 1500iu, but for basic recovery I use 500iuED for 3 days half way through the cycle, and then I inject 500iuED for 6-9days at the end of cycle.

This 500iu regimine works for me. You can cause more harm than good if you overdo the HCG.

Is HCG an IM injection or subcutaneous?

I'm a little paranoid about having to cook something up myself. Will there be chalky spots, or will it mix pretty uniform? Will it settle?

I always do it IM but it can be subcutaneous!

I prefer IM for some reason, but spine is correct.
