ok i dont drink and drive and i am totally against it .....but the other day i got in a car with someone who had some drinks( i asked him and he said he was a sober driver ) so we got back home then he told me he had about 5-6 drinks( i was pissed and wanted to kill this bitch) but i am asking lets say this dude gets a DUI, will i also get in truoble for being the passenger? thank you for reading my post......fucking losers who drink and drive pisses me off

If they are not obviously drunk you can always say you didn't notice they were loaded. Wit hsome people you can't tell.

I know people who can kill a pint of vodka or a six pack within a half hour and still be straigh as an arrow. Me included. But I don't drink and drive anymore.

In the state of Ohio you can't get in trouble for being a passenger, just like you can't get in trouble if the driver is speeding.
