save the clomid for pct. keep anastrozole (arimidex) handy or nolvadex incase you notice gyno symptoms, no point tapering off the test just stick at 500mg wk all the way through split to 2 injects a week. test e only @500mg/wk is good for a first cycle. i would say your bf is closer to 14% than 19%.

thanx genman, and yeah i'll be reading the diet forums too, i'm just gettin prepared, i'm not inted to start a cycle right away, i'd like to wait at least 4 - 5 months i need to lower my bf% which i think is around 19% may be higher, but i need first the info so i can save some money u know

And for the PCT, Clomid would be enuf? i've read that i can use Anastrozole too but i dunno, in some other site i read that i can convine both clomid and Anastrozole

Q: Fincar, Clomid and Anastrozol works for the same thing?

Good to see someone taking the time to get it right before leaping in. You'd be surprised at how many "two weeks left in my cycle, what should I do for pct" posts we see. No benefit in tapering the test, run 500 mg wk 1-10. AIFM throughout (if you can get it) and clomid for pct should be fine. Good luck !

thanx genman, i've read the "AIFM instructions for use" thread, but i dunno what is it lol, is it really really relevant for my PCT? would something happen to me if i can't get it?

you want to use a steroidal AI (aromasin or AIFM) for PCT. anastrozole is not well suited, there are several issues including rebound of aromatase production (since its a competitive, not suicidal, inhibitor of aromatase)


AIFM is a topically delivered aromatase inhibitor.

its action is quite similar to aromasin, though at higher doses it is more potent (methylation decreases affinity)
