How many of you have run out to buy duct tape and plastic for your homes? I know I didn't, but I know lots of people have.

I saw a man on TV who covered his entire home with it. Now after all this Tom Ridge comes on TV and tells everyone NOT to go out and buy it. What a crock of S*** if you ask me. All things like that do is scare people.

hahaha I said the same thing. All that did was make the companies who make the tape and plastic very rich.

I'm using Saran wrap to cover and twinkies to fill the holes...

the sugar counteracts the rads..

No he told them to not start covering their homes with it. It is still good to keep onhand just in case.

I agree, I don't see how people can believe this will really work.

First off...if we do get attacked and biological weapons are used it wont be in the form of a missile. It will be in the products we use daily like soap, lotion, shampoo, and in our food and water. It will come from the "sleepers" that are already in this country. You wont know you have it till its to late so what good will duct tape and plastic do.

Second...How are these people planing to seal off their chimney. I don't know where they live but where I live there is about 3 foot of snow on the ground. IT'S COLD OUTSIDE.
