Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training - Two different Versions.... ?!?

Hallo,

there are two different versions of the Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training from Matt Reynolds,

on from the site readthecore.com (http://www.readthecore.com/200501/reynolds-dual-factor-training.htm)

and the other which madcows posted Part I-III (http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showpost.php?p=4844603&postcount=423)

The Version from readthecore.com seams the "easier" 2-3 weeks loading, 1 week deload and so on, small basis of exercises, - the madcow version more complex, more exercises, higher volume, High Volume Week, Low Volume Week ect...

What do you guys prefer, have somebody try them out ?

I recall someone had a thread on here about the DFHT from readthecore. I think he burnt out on it within a month. It's pretty relentless, always pummeling away at high reps, loading phase after loading phase.

I think I recall reading someone's suggesting that until you can squat 2x bodyweight, you're probably not ready for the one that Madcow linked to. Either one, though, is intended for the more-exprienced lifter.
 
Matt offers on-line personal training. His prices are very affordable (I was surprised at how affordable they were), and from what I’ve heard, he’s a great trainer who gets results and really works with you. A pretty advanced guy who’s a lurker here just told me about his great experience with Matt going from BB’ing to powerlifting using a custom-built template. Sounds like a good investment, especially if you’re interested in DFHT.
