Drying DNP Question

Alright in a few days my 10 gms of DNP and Cap-m-Quik device should be here. I know I need to dry out the DNP before I cap it, and I was planning on leaving it in my attic where it is pretty freaking hot and it wouldn't matter if shit got stained. Thing is I live in south LA, so it's pretty humid (like 90-100%) down here. Does any one know if I should let it dry longer than overnight b/c of the humidity?

Also, once DNP is capped, since it tends to attract and absorb water, how do you keep the caps from "going bad"? I was going to put a few of those little silica things (from old supps) that absorb water in the bottle with the DNP caps. Would keeping the bottle in the fridge where it's dryer help out too? Thanks.

Yes, but I would rather do it myself and know my caps are dosed right. Plus I don't have a source for DNP caps. I'd suspect it's cheaper to buy it yourself and cap it too.

Anyone have 200mg cap prices? Mine will work out to two dollars a cap, but that includes the cap-m-quik device, capsules, s & h. So my next batch will be about $1.40 a cap.

Come on mods, ya'll must know this, will high humidity greatly affect how I dry my DNP?

I`ve seen prices anywhere from $3.00 to $8.00 a cap if buying it in capsules.

I know someone who dries in his garage in a tupperware container. Here's what he does:

Two plastic spoons. Use the handle of one to chip out the DNP powder and scrape as much extra as possible. Use the round of the sencond spoon to crush clumps.

Then add a touch of water to the bottle, cap, and shake. Pour the water into the powder. This'll get every ;ast scrap of DNP out of the bottle.

Let it dry uncovered a few days, periodically stirring and re-crushing the powder to keep it fine.

It'll be fine in about 3 days, easy.

Or put a dessicant bag in with the powder.
