Dry Joints

Has anyone used OTC stuff to counter dry joints from winny var and others?

my joints ache every now and then, but how do you know you have "dry joints"?

Come on guys, let go of the Deca for dry joints schtick already. It just causes water retention. Besides the man asked for OTC.

Simple answer. Creatine.

Creatine works similarly to deca in that regard.

Although glucosamine and chondroiton have excellent research behind them they never seemed to do anything for me. Gugglelipids were considered good for joint -- no wonder since it's estrogenic.

MSM is worth a shot. And of course, there's always aspirin.

Why is it a schtick?
You yourself said it causes water retention.
Wouldn't that water retention aid in the dryness of the joints?

It's just that it seems to be a stock answer -- even when someone is asking for a non drug. I also think the benefit is overrated. There are lots of ways to retain water, thus lubricating joints. Not to mention, deca pretty much sucks if you're planning on havng a sex life.

i dnt think water retention will solve a dry joint problem, considering the fluid in your joins isnt water its synovial fluid, much different

Maybe for some, once again not all people have libido issues w/ deca.
What's wrong w/ stock answers, alot of times there correct?
Not always though.

i use MSM gluc and chond. also take 1 baby aspirin a day. my joints are nice now. we'll see when i start the win. letro last summer fuuuuucked me up.

go to Walgreens and get a glucosamine product called "Dona." its the best out there. used to be only available in EU, but they sell it here now..

good luck

I'm on a perpetual regimen of high potency glucosamine/chondroitin, flax oil, fish oil, and gelatin. It took up to 6 months before I noticed any substantial relief, so you'll have to be patient.

From an Injury perspective, I thought one of the greatest benefits of Nandralone is it's ability to increase collagen synthesis. Thus the improved recovery and pain relief in the joints/connective tissues while using the compound. People suffering from acute Tendonitis or chronic Tendonosis report that these afflictions disappear after utilizing Nandralone. Being avascular, connective tissue is very slow to heal compared to muscle tissue. It makes sense that the increased collagen synthesis provided from Nandralone therapy must contribute to these improved healing/recovery issues.

As far as sex drive...always run it with Test at a higher dosage than the Nandralone. Then continue running your Test for three weeks after you drop the Deca. Finish off with proper PCT, Nolva/HCG and your good to hook.

Ever try some osto bi flex? Seems to work pretty well for joint pain.

Digital,

I don't think your going to find any "quick" relief/results from any OTC product. Sounds like NJ Musc is taking the carpet bomb approach which is great if you can manage to consistantly take all of those pills and eat your Knox gelatin fortified sugar free Jello every day. Of even greater importance would be to stop utilizing anything that may be negatively effecting your joints...Winny, high dose AI's etc.

Check out Schiff (triple strength) Move Free joint strengthener. Each tablet provides 1200mg of Chondroitin, 1500mg of Glucosamine as well as Hyaluronic Acid which supposedly is what our actual synovial fluid is comprised of. Take two tabs a day with meal along with some of the Knox Gelatin fortified Sugar Fee Jello and you should notice a big difference after 4 to 6 weeks of consistant supplementation.
